-Age 25 years - 40 years. -Must possess own transport. ̶ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. ̶ Knowledge in Employment Act 1955 and others related Act is preferred; ̶ Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. ̶ At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. ̶ Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills ̶ Must be friendly, Proactive working attitude and able to work independently ̶ Process monthly payroll for all employees and prepare payroll summary, ensure salary details are comply with government statutory contributions. ̶ Handle employee disciplinary issues and grievances, provide advice, coaching, counselling or disciplinary action in accordance to company policy and regulations. ̶ Responsible for the full spectrum of the recruitment process including advertisement posting, candidate screening, interview coordination etc. ̶ Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying reference and comparing qualifications to job requirements. ̶ Responsible for maintaining and updating payroll system and HR files and databases. ̶ Updating and record all employee daily attendance, leave application, overtime and medical claim. ̶ Maintain filing system and assuring accurate document filing for easy access & retrieval. ̶ Responsible for the issuance of employment, performance appraisal, confirmation, disciplinary, promotion/ increment letter. ̶ Perform any other tasks as management may require from time to time.
