Position Summary: Responsible for managing the day to day operations within desired Primary Care Offices to ensure superior customer service and patient care in a highly efficient and cost-effective manner. Oversees clinical operations, as well as registration, scheduling and medical records activities supporting designated pra! ctices. Acts as point person for any and all Practice related ! activities and issues.

Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced clinical or business credentials preferred
Minimum 5 years medical practice management experience, preferably in a multi-site practice.
Experience providing effective business leadership to physicians
Ability to energize stakeholders and sustain their commitment to changes in approaches, processes, and strategies
Focuses on managing and improving the day to day operation including budgets, resources, allocations,! processes and quality
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect
Recruits, hires, develops, gives feedback, recognizes & celebrates, motivates and coaches staff
Supports the implementation of ideas to improves work flow and intra/inter departmental processes
Revenue Cycle functions a plus
Ability to travel independently a must
Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is one of the largest multi-specialty practices in Connecticut and one of the largest in Southern New England with over 250 providers practicing in over 30 different specialty areas.
The Group maintains offices in almost 50 convenient locations throughout the region. The group provides inpatient surgical services at Hartford Hospital, Hospital of Central Connecticut, Windham Hospital, and MidState Medical Center.
