Education:
1. Graduate of approved medical school.
2. Board certified or Board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
3. Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Connecticut.
4. Eligible to obtain a federal and state narcotic registration.
Experience:
1-2 years in health care setting providing direct care to adults preferred.
