Outstanding Opportunity to work with Yale New Haven Health’s Geriatric Service
The Yale New Haven Medical Center has an outstanding geriatric program, with! renowned research, clinical interventions, and teaching activities.
The YNH Geriatric Services practice of Northeast Medical Group is the major clinical component of this section.
This practice is responsible for many of the innovative clinical interventions developed by the Yale Geriatrics program.
It provides innovative and coordinated care of older individuals in a variety of settings.
It is a major teaching site for Yale medical residents, medical students, and geriatric fellows.
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician to join this practice.
Geriatric fellowship or training is preferred, but not required.
This physician will practice within one of the major teaching sites in the greater New Haven area, which includes sub-acute care facilities, life care centers, assisted living facilities, and long term care settings.
Northeast Medical Group (N! EMG) was established with the goal of integrating physicians a! cross the Yale New Haven Health System into a single group practice.
