(Senior) Project Manager (f/m/d)
Our highly motivated and qualified team develops a large and well-advanced pipeline of solar, wind and battery storage projects. We are leading the land acquisition and licensing procedure, while closely cooperating with our construction and finance teams for the projects implementation and sale. We are looking forward to your application if you are a self-motivated and goal-oriented team player with experience in the development of renewable energy projects.
Your passion
Identify sites suitable for large-scale renewables projects and negotiate lease agreements
Coordinate permitting processes including grid connection and environmental impact studies
Engage with a range of stakeholders, such as local authorities and communities, landowners, and other developers
Navigate optimal development of projects, whilst monitoring the legislative framework
Identify and evaluate existing project opportunities and contribute to the due diligence process
Help address all technical and permitting challenges, from inception to commissioning and beyond
Create and maintain project documentation, to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Your qualifications
An academic degree in a technical/planning/environmental discipline
At least three years of proven experience in planning and development of large-scale renewables projects
Significant experience in interacting with local and state authorities, grid operators and the public sector
Excellent skills in communicating with diverse shareholders and project management
Willing to travel frequently around Greece and occasionally to company headquarters in Germany
Speak business fluent Greek and English
