Talent Acquisition Partner (HQ)We are hiring a smart, efficient, and detail-oriented Corporate Recruiter. This is a hands-on full cycle recruiting role requiring the ability to effectively source, attract, recruit and hire talent for positions of all levels throughout the Shake Shack Organization. This role will report into the Home Office Talent Acquisition Manager.
The ideal candidate has high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment and is capable of building trusted relationships internally to deliver exceptional service to Hiring Managers. This rol e is locally based out of New York City, and will requir e presence in the office 3 days per week.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
Assist with full-cycle recruitment efforts for Shake Shack’s Home Office, across all Corporate disciplines - both Non- T ech and Tech.
Interface with department leads on hiring strategy and communicate pipeline updates
Source and engage with passive talent across various channels through Boolean search strings and networking
Coordinate onsite interviews at our NYC HQ, including scheduling interviews and greeting candidates
Assist the Senior Director and Manager of Talent Acquisition on special projects related to Home Office processes, policies, DE&I , and employment branding.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
At least 2-3 years of in-house experience in a full-cycle Recruiting rol e, supporting a variety of function s required
Combined Corporate an d Tech recr uiti n g experience highly preferred
Mastery of an ATS, bonus points if it’s Workday Recruiting!
Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work out of our HQ office in NYC 3 days per wee k
Pay Range - $69,215.00 - $88,265.00
