Primary Care Physician
Prospect CT Medical Foundation D/B/A Alliance Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Physician to work at its location in Middlebury, CT. The PC Physician will provide primary care medicin e to adult patients. Specifically, collect, record, and maintain patient information, including medical history, reports / examination results including specialized medical care to treat / prevent illness, disease, or injury; manage / treat common health problems, as well as serious, chronic, and complex illnesses; provide on call coverage for IM practice; and perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications include: valid and unrestricted CT Physician's license prior to employment commencing, M.D. Degree or certified foreign equivalent; completion of Internal Medicine residency program; and BE or BC in Internal Medicine
