Primary Care Physician
Prospect CT Medical Foundation D/B/A Alliance Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Physician to work at its location in Middlebury, CT. The PC Physician will provide primary care medic ine to adult patients. Specifically, collect, record, and maintain patient information, including medical history, reports / examination results including specialized medical care to treat / prevent illness, disease, or injury; manage / treat common health problems, as well as serious, chronic, and complex illnesses; provide on call coverage for IM practice; and perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications include: valid and unrestricted CT Physician's license prior to employment commencing, M.D. Degree or certified foreign equivalent; completion of Internal Medicine residency program; and BE or BC in Internal Medicine
