Job Description Program Representative position for previous and current internists in the COLUMBIA (CLB) Program Office (D-409). This position will report to the Supervisor of COLUMBIA Program Administration. Job assignments will be varied and will include developing contract documents; program guidance documents, Memorandum of Agreements, and other program related documents; schedule and budget development of program efforts; progress metric development and monitoring; attending program-level meetings with EB Management and Navy personnel; tracking performance of various program vendors including Newport News; as well as day-to-day programmatic duties. Applicants must be able to travel regularly between New London, Groton, and Quonset Point. Applicants must be able to travel occasionally to EB Washington Engineering Office, Newport News Shipbuilding - Huntington Ingalls Industries in Newport News, VA., and Washington Navy Yard.
Education/ Experience Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree or Bachelor of Arts
- Previous or Current Electric Boat Internship
- Electric Boat Internship in COLUMBIA Program Office (D409)
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration.
- Other Bachelor Degrees completed in other fields by qualified applicants may be considered.
Skills
- Must be able to work multiple tasks with minimum guidance;
- Have strong organizational and communication skills;
- Demonstratable proficiency in Microsoft Office products especially Excel as a financial tool.
