H3W FACILITATOR / PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT CONSULTANT (PIC)
Hartford HealthCare Medical Group
Assist leadership, managers, and supervisors with identifying, scoping, justifying, and executing How Hartford Healthcare Works (H3W). operational improvement projects.
Facilitates process improvement & service excellence activities
Facilitates, coaches, mentors H3W work groups & work group leaders
Design and deliver necessar! y process/project management and H3W training & educational pr! ograms.
Drive a uniform and disciplined project management approach across the organization
Collaborates with Hartford HealthCare H3W facilitators to share best practices.
Provide effective change management and process improvement knowledge in support of the service & performance excellence cultural transformation - How Hartford Healthcare Works (H3W). Candidate must have the ability to drive significant operational results for the organization and act as a change agent by challenging existing approaches and drive organizational effectiveness in the application of process and project management methodologies to improve processes. Acts as a faciltator of various work groups/project groups to lead improvement efforts among clinical and administrative staff.
Bachelors required (in related field preferred). Master preferred (in related field). Preferred fields can include Leadership & Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Executive/Management C! oaching, Lean Methodology, Quality, or other continuous improvement fields.
5 to 10 years of progressive work experience in areas that can be applied to support offices of a health care environment. Experience in Continuous Improvement and Organizational or Leadership Development is desired.
Desired Licenses/Certifications: Formal training and/or certifications in one or more of the following: Quality Improvement (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma), Facilitation, Project Management, Executive/Management Coaching
