Requirements: Current state of CT RN licensure. BSN preferred. Current CPR certification.
At least 2 years relevant experience in a fast paced medical office. Recent supervisoty experience required. Positive, customer-focused approach, with commitment to providing excellent patient care. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple competing tasks and demands. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong computer skills, experience with medical software preferred.

Summary: Completes assigned functional responsibilities in such a way as to provide a positive example for other team members. Performs tasks of highest complexity and provides excellent patient/customer service. Ensures accuracy and accountability for all services within scope of responsib! ility. Resolves customer issues and complaints elevating to ma! nager when necessary. Coordinates time off requests and coverage during absences, monitors attendance, time reports, OT and payroll adjustments. Ensures ongoing training and coaching of new and existing team members, ensures excellent customer service levels as measured by patients, staff and through customer service satisfaction surveys. Participates effectively in inter-departmental meetings. Provides ongoing feedback to team in a constructive and positive manner. Collaborates with manager to complete and communicate performance evaluations, employee recognition and disciplinary actions.
Provides office based nursing care in collaboration with the physician. Assesses the physical and psychosocial needs of the patients and their families during all patient contacts and formulates nursing plan of care. Triages telephone calls, performs patient/family teaching, documents all nursing contact, advice and interventions in the patientâs chart.
