Summary: Reporting to the Director of Physician and Ad! vanced Practitioner Recruitment, the Manager organizes, assigns, coordinates and ensures the progress and completion of all activities related to the onboarding of new physicians to medical group offices and affiliated hospitals. Together with the director, physician leadership, practice management and other stakeholders, assists in the design of a highly efficient and effective onboard process that successfully relocates, orients, and integrates the new physician into the practice, hospital, system and broader community.
Requirements: Minimum of five years of progressive experience in administrative support positions in a medical environment with frequent physician interaction. Project management training and/or experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree required. Candidates should be highly organized, have a professional presentation, well developed sense of urgency and strong writing skills. Microsoft officesuite.
