Candidate must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (for recent grads) in Internal Medicine, with a strong interest in prevention, a desire to help transform our practice into a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), and a willingness to serve as faculty for residency programs.
The practice is outpatient only, as hospitalists are part of the group.
Compensation is straight salary for the first two years, then switches to a guarantee plus productivity incentive.
Full medical and dental, plus 401(k) with match included.
Stipend toward CME. 4 weeks vacation, two weeks holidays, 1 week CME time off.
This group is located in Southwest Connecticut and has a service area of 110,000. Location is in close proximity to New York City, NY. You will have very easy access to New York City for all the amenities.
