Our client is looking to add an internist as an employed physician within a multi-specialty group.

Candidate must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (for recent grads) in Internal Medicine, with a strong interest in prevention, a desire to help transform our practice into a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), and a willingness to serve as faculty for residency programs.
• The practice is outpatient only, as hospitalists are part of the group.
• Compensation is straight salary for the first two years, then switches to a guarantee plus productivity incentive.
• Full medical and dental, plus 401(k) with match included.
• Stipend toward CME. 4 weeks vacation, two weeks holidays, 1 week CME time off.

This group is located in Southwest Connecticut and has a service area of 110,000. Location is in close proximity to New York City, NY. You will have very easy access to New York City for all the amenities.
