Our client is looking to add an internist as an employed physician within a mul! ti-specialty group.
- Candidate must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (for recent grads) in Internal Medicine, with a strong interest in prevention, a desire to help transform our practice into a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), and a willingness to serve as faculty for residency programs.
- The practice is outpatient only, as hospitalists are part of the group.
- Compensation is straight salary for the first two years, then switches to a guarantee plus productivity incentive.
- Full medical and dental, plus 401(k) with match included.
- Stipend toward CME. 4 weeks vacation, two weeks holidays, 1 week CME time off.
