Group practice needs an additional internist for an outpatient position due to physician relocating. Practice recently moved to a new office in Oct 2008 for growth. Group is located in the central Connecticut area near metro. First year compensation is $130K â€" $140K plus productivity bonus. New physician will inherit patients from outgoing internist. Flexible candidate criteria. However, can not accommodate visa candidates. Future potential income after partnership is $200K - $350+ . Partnership track is 2 â€" 3 years. No buy-in to partnership.
