An established Medical Centre located in Liverpool area is seeking a new receptionist to join our team.
It is expected that you will have an exceptional organizational skills, quick learner, high level of customer service, be able to prioritize multiple tasks, and have efficient time management.
As a receptionist, you are the main point of contact for our patients, being the first person they see when they enter the practice, as well as the first person they speak to over the phone.
It is important that the successful candidate have a pleasant and professional manner, being able to communicate with a diverse range of people.
Experience in medical reception is highly regarded, but training is available.
Main Responsibilities
- Organizing patients appointments & checking in patients
- Maintaining a tidy and organized reception and waiting room area
- Answering and addressing all incoming phone calls
- Responding to incoming emails
- Updating patient information
- Recall for results
- Faxing, scanning, filing, and mailing
- Billing
- Monitoring and ordering supplies
What we are looking for
- Proficiency with computers including emails, excel and medical software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong customer service skills
- Training is available
Salary: $26 per hour
