Arjo’s Sales Analyst is responsible for maintaining, compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data to fulfil standardized and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
The position develops a close partnership with Arjo’s Sales leaders to understand business needs and use this information to develop and identify insights to guide the Sales team. In addition, the Sales Analyst contributes to the development of sales plans and objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with commercial leaders to understand the needs of the business; create and standardize sales reporting processes to effectively align with business needs.

- Focus on improving availability and interpretation of sales data, with an emphasis on providing value-added recommendations to improve business performance
- Create standardized and ad-hoc reports to support the Sales team; perform sales reporting changes quickly and accurately, while at the same time capturing variances and outliers.
- Manage field inquiries regarding performance, historical sales trends, account/product level detail, etc.
- Maintain affiliations of healthcare facilities (Acute, LTC, and Government) to parent groups (IDN’s and GPO Aggregates)
- Create and document formalized processes to coach the Sales team toward consistent best practices.
- Engage in process improvement and development projects to maintain business efficiency and profitability
- Assist in the training of end users
