Direct Sales Associate
Role Summary
The role reports directly to the Team Lead, Sales. The primary duty is to source for new customers and disburse the required volume of loan per time as clearly communicated.
Person Specification
∙ 2 years’ minimum verifiable experience in business development/sales/marketing roles.
∙ Hands on experience with lending procedures and products.
∙ Ability to create and interpret financial spreadsheets.
∙ Good use of Microsoft office tools.
Experience in Credit sales/Insurance Product is an added advantage
Job Description
. Deploy conventional and creative ways to source for right Clients for existing products according to the target market. Generate leads and convert to sales within shortest possible time and maintain good conversion ratio.
∙ Ensure agreed loan disbursements targets are made
∙ Review loans request and assess client’s financial status.
∙ Explain the different types of loan and credit options available and terms of the services to customers.
∙ Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants’ credit history, corporate financial statements and other financial information while ensuring proper documentation.
∙ Maintain records of loan application
∙ Review loan agreements to ensure they are complete and accurate according to policy.
∙ Monitor existing loan of clients: follow up with customers to ensure they meet their repayment obligations promptly
∙ Customer Service: ensure customers receive high quality service before, during and after service delivery.
∙ Turn Around Time: follow through to ensure all requests, applications and customers’ queries are processed/dealt with in record time.
∙ Ensure sales target are met
∙ Maintain 95% retention rate of existing customers.
