Job Posting: Assistant Buyer, entry-level
Are you interested in working remotely for a supply chain service company? Do you reside in WA, CA, ID, FL, or TX?
Innovative Advancements provides Supply Chain service consulting to improve client operations. A new job opening is available for an entry-level Assistant Buyer to join the All-Remote purchasing service team. Candidates must be within the states of Washington, California, Idaho, Florida or Texas.
Initial training will take place from 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM, Pacific Time. After training, flexible work schedules are available between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
A suitable applicant will be…
- Able to work independently, in a fully remote setting
- Confident using video/audio conferencing, instant messaging and group chat, email, phone, and text for all communication
- Comfortable with computers and the internet
- Available during core business hours of 8:30 AM-4:00 PM, Pacific, Monday through Friday
- Able to access a private office space, daily, free from interruptions and distractions
- Customer service driven and successfully resolving challenges while maintaining positive relationships
- Detail-oriented, maintaining meticulous records in multiple folders
- A team player with self-initiative who consistently demonstrates the discipline to work each day independently, and interacts with the group when needed
- Possess integrity, and does the right thing, even when no one is watching
Requirements:
- Minimum education of a High School Diploma or GED
- A resident of Washington, California, Idaho, Florida, or Texas
- Authorized to work in the United States without a need for sponsorship
- Proficient in MS Windows 10
- Equipped with a working desktop PC including dependable high-speed internet service and a smartphone with reliable connectivity
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening in English)
- Able to provide a high level of quality customer service in all situations
- Above-average skills in critical thinking
· Confident with utilizing your webcam/audio functions
