QUALIFICATIONS: Practicing Family ph! ysician or Internist.
- At least 7 years exper! ience in a medical leadership role.
- Licensed to practice in CT or licensed in another US State and can become licensed in CT.
- If not currently residing in the Hartford county area, must be ready, willing and able to relocate for this role.
- Must be ready, willing and able to travel 10% or more for this role.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: • Medical Leadership for a staff of 100 in a dynamic healthcare center.
- Direct Clinical Care, as well as the supervision of staff, including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and ancillary providers (podiatry, nutrition and chiropractic care).
- Participation in professional Development and Growth leadership training! programs.
- Participation in Clinical Teaching programs.
- Participation in Quality Improvement and Research initiatives.
- Participation in the recruiting, hiring and mentoring of new providers.
- Development and collaboration with peer group.
- Collaboration and Participation in leadership meetings and activities.
- Service as a direct liaison to hospital and other external entities for continuing care.
- Participation in expansion of interdisciplinary care model with co-located services, such as behavioral health, nutrition, diabetes education, dental, podiatry, chiropractic care and telemedicine.
- Overseeing clinical care delivery, quality improvement, research, technology and policy.
